Payment is accepted through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use your credit or debit card. If you have an account, simply log into PayPal and pay your total balance. If you do not have an account, proceed to PayPal for processing with your credit or debit card. PayPal is a highly secured SSL site that processes credit and debit cards for merchants all over the world. Merchants do not have access to your credit or debit card information when processing through PayPal. It is the easier, safer way to pay. It is free to you. I pay the processing fees.
Residents of California will be charged a 9.25% sales tax on all purchases. There is no sales tax charged to anyone making an out of state purchase. At this time, I do not ship internationally.
USPS Flat Rate Shpping Fee is $6.95 ~ Includes $50.00 insurance coverage
UPS Ground Flat Rate Shipping Fee is $9.95 ~ Includes $100 insurance coverage
If your purchase is valued over $50 and you wish to insure your package, you can purchase insurance prior to checkout by clicking on the link that will be provided. I will not be responsible for lost/damaged packages and merchandise in any amount over the value of the insurance on the parcel. Purchasing insurance is highly recommended. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery of your order, after payment has been received.
I sincerely hope that you will love your purchase and I want you to be a "happy" customer. Happy customers become loyal customers. I will do what it takes to make it right. A refund will be issued upon your request, within 7 days of purchase. The product must be returned within that 7 day period. Once the product is received, you will be issued a refund within 1-3 business days. You, the customer, are responsible for all shipping fees on returns, unless the return was a result of something I did or did not do. Please email me via the contact form, prior to shipping, to request your refund. Note that I cannot accept returns on earrings in an effort to maintain good health practices.
You may exchange your purchase, within 7 days of purchase, for another product of equal value, less the restocking fee. The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused. I cannot except exchanges on opened merchandise in an effort to maintain good health & safety practices. I also cannot accept returns on earrings, for the same reason. You, the customer, are responsible for all return and reshipping fees. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all exchanges.
It is your responsibility to read all descriptions on each item to ensure that you do not purchase any items that contain materials you may be allergic to.
Due to different computer monitors, some items may appear one color on one monitor and another color on another monitor. If you have any confusion use the contact form for any questions. I will get back with you as soon as I can.
Some items may have very slight imperfections. It is because they are handmade and not machine generated.
When making a purchase, you are purchasing only the item described for sale. The purchase does not include any of the props or background

USPS will automatically insure your Priority Mail package for up to $50. If your purchase total is over $50, you are strongly encouraged to insure your package for the proper value of your items. If you do not insure your package and the package is loss during transit, I will not be responsible for replacement or refund of the items you purchased.
People who have pacemakers SHOULD NOT wear jewelry that has magnetic components. Please DO NOT make the purchase.
